Far beyond stereotypes, FemDom is an art form. It is about presence, confidence, trust, boundaries, self-expression, and the exquisite dance of power exchange. It is an opportunity to explore different facets of yourself—your sensuality, your leadership, your voice, your desires, and your capacity to hold power with intention and care.
Over three transformative days, we will gather in a supportive and judgment-free ritualist circle to learn, experiment, and connect with like-minded women and curious souls.
Whether you are completely new to FemDom, secretly intrigued, or already walking this path and wishing to deepen your understanding, this retreat offers a space to explore with openness, curiosity, and consent at the centre of everything we do.
Together we will unlearn outdated stereotypes of Dominance and submission, remembering the ways of feminine power.
FEMDOM
Feminine Dominance (FemDom) at its heart is not about control for control's sake, nor is it about being harsh, cold, or conforming to a particular stereotype.
It CAN be all those things but it does not have to be.
Instead, FemDom can be an exploration of:

We will gather in ritual circle because for thousands of years, women have come together to share stories, pass down wisdom, witness one another's journeys.
There is something profoundly healing about being seen by other women—without needing to perform, explain, or be anything other than who you are.
In circle, we soften.
We unravel.
We remember.
We learn that our experiences are not isolated, that our unsured-ness is not shameful and that our curiosities and questions are often shared by others. We find courage in one another's vulnerability and strength in one another's honesty.

This retreat is more than an opportunity to learn about FemDom. It is an invitation to gather in sisterhood—to explore, question, celebrate, and expand together. To hold one another in curiosity and compassion. To witness each other's growth and cheer each other on as we reclaim the many expressions of our feminine power.
A Real Time Sacred Play Space to Explore, Embody and Practice
Knowledge is one thing. Embodiment is another.
During our time together you will have guidance to learn and practice rope, impact and sensation Domination techniques.
To close our retreat, you'll have the opportunity to step into a carefully curated Sacred Play Space—a unique environment where learning comes alive through real-time experience.
This space will be part guided facilitation, part open exploration. Inviting you to integrate what you've learned with confidence and curiosity. You'll be supported by experienced facilitators throughout, with guidance available whenever you need it, while also having the freedom to discover your own authentic style of Dominance.
To support your learning journey, we will be joined by a select group of experienced, consenting submissives who have chosen to be part of this educational experience. Their role is not simply to receive, but to actively support your development by creating opportunities for you to practise communication, negotiation, presence, leadership, and consensual power exchange in a safe and respectful environment.
Whether you're giving your first command, exploring a new dynamic, practising impact or sensation play, or simply discovering what feels natural to you, you'll be held within a container where consent, communication, curiosity, and aftercare remain at the heart of every interaction.
There is no expectation to perform. There is no pressure to know everything.
This is a space to ask questions, experiment, make mistakes, receive feedback, build confidence, and discover what authentic feminine dominance feels like in your own body.

Hi! I'm Sarah Jayne also known as Mistress Jayne. I'm a Professional Dominatrix and Sex Witch who brings together the worlds of sacred sexuality and conscious kink to provide spaces for healing sexual shame, reclaiming our power and coming together in sacred union.
It is my mission to guide women as they return to their inner truth, wisdom and sovereignty; restoring feminine leadership and reshaping the ways in which we live and relate to each other.
It is my belief that when women initiate themselves into the feminine mysteries and stand in their inner power, we will call everyone home to respect, kindness and love. Here is where we can build towards sacred union with ourselves, others and the Earth.
