What if I've never done anything like this before?
Beautiful. You don't need any previous experience. Whether this is your first women's circle or you've been exploring personal growth for years, you'll be gently guided every step of the way. Come exactly as you are.
What if I don't have a menstrual cycle?
You are so welcome here. Whether you're still bleeding, no longer bleeding, no bleeding at the moment or have an energetic womb we'll explore the wisdom of your body's rhythms and the seasons of nature. This work is about reconnecting with your inner cycles, however they show up for you.
Do I need to be into kink or BDSM?
Not at all. While my experience as a professional Dominatrix informs my work, this isn't a BDSM course. We'll explore the wisdom that conscious kink can offer around boundaries, consent, communication, desire and power. You are always in choice and you're never expected to participate in anything that doesn't feel right for you.
Will I have to share personal experiences?
Only if you want to. Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation. Many women find deep healing in being witnessed, but you're free to participate in whatever way feels safe and supportive for you.
What if I miss a live immersion?
Each immersion will be recorded, so you can revisit the experience in your own time.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a transformational coaching and embodiment container that blends ritual, women's wisdom, cyclical living, sensuality and coaching. It is not a replacement for therapy or medical support.
Is this programme inclusive?
Yes. Sovereign is open to cis women, trans women and anyone assigned female at birth who feels called to explore the experience of living in a woman's body.
What if I'm worried I'll be 'too much'?
Then this space was created with you in mind.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
