Erotic Alchemy: The Art of Feminine Magnetism is an intimate six-hour immersion designed to awaken this creative life force through the alchemy of women's circle, ritual, sensual dance, and embodied movement.
Within the sanctuary of a beautifully held circle, we will weave together ceremony, sisterhood, movement, guided sensual floorwork, meditation and energetic practices that awaken the feminine mysteries held within the body.
As the day unfolds, each practice gently builds upon the last. The circle creates safety. Ritual opens the heart. Sensual movement awakens the body. Dance becomes the offering.
Together, we cultivate the erotic life force; not simply as sexual energy, but as the sacred current of creation itself. As this energy begins to move freely, so too does your capacity for confidence, expression, abundance, and conscious manifestation.

Erotic Alchemy is the art of consciously transforming your sensual life force into the energy of creation.

Together they offer a rare fusion of shadow and light, discipline and surrender, sensuality and devotion; creating a ritual container where every woman is invited to reclaim her body as both oracle and creator.

Hi! I'm Sarah Jayne also known as Mistress Jayne (aka MJ).
I'm a Professional Dominatrix and Sex Witch who brings together the worlds of sacred sexuality and conscious kink to provide spaces for healing sexual shame, reclaiming our power and coming together in sacred union.
It is my mission to guide women as they return to their inner truth, wisdom and sovereignty; restoring feminine leadership and reshaping the ways in which we live and relate to each other.
It is my belief that when women initiate themselves into the feminine mysteries and stand in their inner power, we will call everyone home to respect, kindness and love. Here is where we can build towards sacred union with ourselves, others and the Earth
Melanie Fismer aka (Mystic Mela) is a movement artist specialising in embodied movement, shakti dance, and sensual movement, empowering women through self-expression and body awareness. She believes in the transformative power of movement as a tool for healing and growth, and has spent her life helping others find their way back to themselves through movement, breath, and emotional expression.
She found pole in 2016,
and has spent the years since building choreography that is emotionally charged, often set to obscure and atmospheric genres, designed to pull women out of their heads and into their bodies. Her unique gift lies in creating safe, welcoming spaces where women can explore their true selves and their wildness without apology.
For this retreat she brings a sensual floor work choreography, movement built to help you locate your own magnetism. Her students leave energised, more at home in their skin, and a little more willing to take up space.

FAQ
Do I need any dance experience?
Not at all. This immersion is designed for every woman, regardless of experience. The movement is guided with care, and the focus is on embodiment rather than performance. Whether you've never danced before or have years of experience, you'll be invited to move in a way that feels authentic to you.
What do you mean by "Erotic Alchemy"?
Erotic Alchemy is the practice of awakening and consciously directing your sensual life force as a source of creativity, confidence, self-expression, and manifestation. This experience explores the erotic as the energy of aliveness—not performance—and invites you to reconnect with your body as a powerful source of intuition and creation.
Is this workshop sexual?
No. This is a women's embodiment experience centred on sensuality, movement, ritual, and feminine energy. While we explore the erotic as a life force, all practices are held with respect, consent, and reverence. There is no nudity, sexual touch, or explicit sexual activity.
Will I have to dance in front of everyone?
No. While there may be opportunities to be witnessed if you choose, nothing is ever compulsory. You are always encouraged to honour your own boundaries and move at your own pace. This is a space where choice, consent, and personal sovereignty are deeply respected.
I'm nervous. Is that normal?
Absolutely.
For many women, this may be the first time exploring sensual movement in a supportive environment. Nerves are natural. The day has been intentionally designed to build gradually, beginning in circle before moving into embodied practices, allowing you to settle into the space, connect with the group, and feel safe in your body.
Is this suitable if I'm shy or self-conscious?
Yes. In fact, many women join because they want to feel more confident and connected to themselves. This is not about looking a certain way or getting the movement "right." It is about giving yourself permission to be seen by yourself first.
Why is the experience facilitated by a professional dominatrix?
A professional dominatrix understands the profound importance of consent, boundaries, presence, confidence, and embodied power. These principles are woven throughout the experience, creating a space where women can explore their sensuality with integrity, choice, and deep respect for themselves and one another.
Will there be pole dancing?
No. While one of your facilitators is a mystic pole dancer, this immersion focuses on sensual embodiment, floorwork, ritual, and feminine movement. Pole is part of her personal path and philosophy, but it is not part of the day's practices.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many women attend solo, and one of the beautiful aspects of a women's circle is the sense of connection that naturally unfolds throughout the day. You are likely to leave having found not only a deeper connection with yourself, but with a community of like-hearted women.
If I can't attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
