Not at all. Whether you're deeply familiar with the Wheel of the Year or completely new to seasonal ritual, you’re warmly welcome. Come with curiosity and an open heart.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. We’ll suggest a few simple things you may like to have nearby such as a candle, journal and something from nature but nothing is essential.
Is this ritual about speaking my truth to someone during the session?
No. There is no pressure to confront anyone or share anything you don't want to. This is a space to connect with your own truth first, in a way that feels safe, grounded and right for you.
What if I feel emotional?
That’s welcome too. The Autumn Equinox is a powerful time for reflection and release. You’re invited to move through the ritual at your own pace, with no expectation to perform, share or explain your experience.
Is the pussy–throat work sexual?
No. The connection is explored as an embodied and symbolic pathway between feminine knowing, intuition, sensation and voice. You remain fully clothed and in control of your own experience throughout.
What if I can’t attend live?
